A research shall be carried out in order to formulate a strategy for a legal solution. A detailed study shall be carried out and the solution would be duly supported by binding legal precedents within the country. In case the legal precedents on the issue are not available as the situation is unique the legal propositions shall be formulated in order to answer a total solution for decision making and in case of need contesting the same issue/mater in a Court of Law.

The Endeavour shall also be to find the analogous law from different countries where system of jurisprudence in identical of that of India and in case the problem pertains to any other country the same shall in accordance with the laws of precedents of that Country.
